We're hiring people.

Sort of. You don't get paid. But you will get recognition, a custom title, more privileges, and some other goodies.

You will however be required to do things, so don't think you can just sign up and just brag about it.

Also, we don't have any pre-defined "jobs" per say, but we do have some tasks we need filled:

Redesigning the skin.

The skin of the forum isn't too bad, although it's not really too interesting either. The banner up there was made by me, but I'm not exactly an experienced artist so any help would be appreciated.

Moderating the forums.

This is quite an important task. We need some people to moderate the forums, because having three admins doing everything isn't really feasible.

Administrating the forums.

This means pretty much working on the site itself. Adding category's, more boards, and the like. We're probably not going to let you have this much control over the site unless you're serious and know what you're doing, so show some proof that you have some experience in forums.

Promoting the site.

The site's only in its first month and as you can see, we're pulling in a decent amount of traffic for a newb site. However, we can't rely on me just spamming the link on my Facebook profile. We need people to promote the site IRL and online. Basically doing anything you can to get our site noticed. Also; note that this is for people you will actually "advertise" the site i.e Banners, fliers, posters. Not just sending the link to your friends (that's encouraged too though!).

You're already admin rank. There's not much better you can get.

Admins have more control of the site, but mods do more of the dirty work, really.

Mods are more active site-wise I guess, so that can be changed.
